Meet Our Managing Partner
Adv. Emmanuel UYISABYE
Managing Partner
Emmanuel UYISABYE is the founder and the Managing Partner of Alpha Advocates.
He has previously worked for a regional Bank and later transitioned to an International Investment Bank for over 8 years. During his tenure he was part of the Risk and Monitoring team with the goal of minimizing the risks taken by the Lender while advising the debtors on the best practices required in line with their given business activities.
He transitioned into legal practice and is currently a registered Advocate member of the Rwanda Bar Association and the East African Law Society.
During several years of legal practice in Rwanda, he has represented a diverse range of clients in Courts in Commercial, business restructuring and insolvency matters, in Civil and criminal cases, family matters among others.
He is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda, has excellent command of English, has the working knowledge of French and Swahili.
